Do I need technical skills to set it up?+
No. If you can paste a website link and click Connect on your calendar, you're qualified. That's the entire setup.
How quickly can I go live?+
Most salons are live the same day they sign up. Realistically, plan for around 5 to 15 minutes of your attention: pasting your website, connecting your calendar, and answering a few questions about how you like to work. Our team handles the phone-forwarding piece for you, tests a practice call, and only flips you live once everything sounds right.
What does it actually cost?+
Plans start at €39 a month. You only pay for usage beyond your included credits — one credit is one cent, and every action (call, message, confirmation) is small. If you exceed your usage, your credits are recharged automatically, exactly the way you set it up during onboarding — so the phone never goes unanswered because of a cap. For most salons, Praisly pays for itself after the first recovered appointment.
Can Praisly reschedule and cancel appointments too?+
Yes. Bookings, reschedules, and cancellations all flow into your calendar in real time. When a slot opens, you see it instantly in your dashboard so you can fill it.
What if a client wants to speak to a human?+
Praisly offers to take a message and flags it as urgent. You'll see it in your dashboard the moment you're free, and receive a message on your phone so you know straight away.
Is my client data safe?+
